The Chair is organized by the following structure:
- The Monitoring Comission
Consists of two URV representatives, two Repsol representatives and the Chair's director. This commission meets at least once a year and its aim is to ensure compliance of the agreement between both institutions and to monitor the Chair's activities by approving the activity programme and the annual report.
- The Advisory Committee
Is constituted by a group of experts in the field of Social Sciences and Communication. It is in charge of advising the Chair Management on its strategy lines of activity.
- The Chair Director
Is appointed by mutual agreement between the URV and Repsol and its mission is to direct, coordinate and stimulate the activities of the Chair.
